Terms of Service

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason(i.e. complexity, subject matter, personal comfort)

  • Usage: Personal use only. The work may be used as profile pictures or banners. Do not use my work for commercial purposes or AI training.

  • Credit: When posting my work, please credit me(as Azi Zulkifli or any one of my social media handles).

  • I reserve the right to post the finished work on my portfolio or social media unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment: Listed prices are base prices. It may increase depending on complexity of the work.

  • A deposit of at least 50%(NON-REFUNDABLE) must be paid before I started working. Full payment must be issued before receiving the final artwork.

  • Time: Estimated finishing time is around 48 hours after the sketch is approved. This can change depend on the complexity of the work or personal events outside my control.

  • Revisions: Free 2 rounds of minor revisions(color tweaks, small details). Additional revisions or complete redraw will increase the price of the work.

  • Refund: Full refunds are available only if I haven't started the work at all. If the sketch is finished, only 50% refund is offered. Final piece is NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • Changes: Terms of Service can be changed without notice. Those who made an order before the change will be uphold to the old changes.
